PROGRAMS & EVENTS

ALL YEAR

Passion to Profession (P2P)

Students are encouraged to practice their public speaking skills by presenting on a topic that they are passionate about and facilitate group discussions. This is a fantastic way to meet other students from various faculties in the program and obtain their perspectives. The program culminates with the P2P Talks.

Peer Connections

To ease the transition into the B+MM program, while fostering strong connections, incoming students will be grouped with a “Connector” (a student who has completed one year of the program). A Connector will provide advice and become their support system throughout the year.

This evening is dedicated for close interaction between current B+MM students and MM Duals. This event will highlight the Master of Management portion of the program and allow the MM Duals to share their experiences and answer questions from the current B+MM students.

Industry Outlook

This annual event highlights a specific theme and delves into its ins-and-outs by inviting accomplished professionals from various industries as our panel speakers. This year’s theme will be “intrapreneurship”.

Health & wellness series - Yoga:

This series aims to promote stress relief and caters to mental and physical health. As an association, we want to make sure our members are living a balanced and healthy life! Yoga helps to develop strength, awareness and harmony in the mind and body.

Social Events

Our various social events throughout the year will allow more opportunities to meet new people, foster friendships and strengthen the interrelationship of the B+MM community.

P2P Talks

This end-of-year event culminates with the P2P program, and features 4 to 5 student speakers along with a networking session. After the P2P discussion rounds, the chosen students will present at the P2P Talks Event in front of students, staff, faculty and the business community. Last year, the CEO of Arts Umbrella and Regional Vice President of RBC were among the attendees.
